We have worked hard to create a flexible and pure action centred development centre. In 2010 we were successful in acheiving the Chartered Management Institute Approved Centre status. This was a strategic choice to reflect the economic changes, financial pressures and workplace challenges on individuals and in organisations today.
This means that while we're working with you we can now bolt-on professional qualifications to ensure sustainability and a lasting legacy to your strategic change investment.
We have two core qualification programmes: IiQ Method & BL!P
IiQ Method is our Level 2 qualification in team leading aimed at Young People. The IIQ Method is aimed primarily at NEET category youngsters and provides a fun and engaging approach to development through video game play to draw out new skills, behaviours and responsibilities whist raising aspirations. The method starts with an individual skills and behaviour audit and is completed using a 2x half day workshop approach over 6 months, with coaching and distance learner support.

BL!P is our Level 5 and 7 qualification Business Leadership & Innovation Programme for leaders in business. The programme is an intensive and action centred development programme which can be completed in-house or on one of our public programme. It is specifically aimed at delivering workplace change. The programme starts with an individual audit and is followed by a one or two day workshop (level depending) and supported by 2x one-to-one mentoring sessions.
